Drupal's Twitter Module Test

Fri, 05 Aug 2011 02:38:42 -0500

I've added this site to Twitter at http://twitter.com/webmastertips.

Drupal has a Twitter Module, but it doesn't come with any documentation. This post is a first test of Drupal's Twitter Module on this site. If it works, I'll follow up on this post.

Trouble putting a border around my page content?

Fri, 05 Aug 2011 02:36:25 -0500

Hi there,

Can someone please help me with a theming problem.

I want to put a border around me page content. I have just the content section with a white background and the rest of the site sections have background colour. I think it would look better with a border around the white section.

I have tried selecting this in the themebuilder - I have selected Content which seems to pick up this section fully and have gone to the borders tab and selected a border type from the dropdown and the colour but nothing happens?

Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to do this?

Many thanks

How to Make a Drupal Forum

Fri, 05 Aug 2011 02:35:32 -0500

Drupal's built-in forums are not ideal in all situations, but they make it easy to add a quick forum to your Drupal site.

The default Drupal forums are not very attractive, but they can be improved with a little CSS modification. Here are a couple of examples of great Drupal forums:

Gallery's Drupal forum
Mobile Poker's Drupal forum

drupal, tree in search form (CCK + taxonomy)

Tue, 07 Jun 2011 03:02:00 -0500

I want to make a search result page based on eBay/allegro, by that i mean:

left box -> category (with hit count)
center -> table with hits.

it should looks like that (left box is most important)

And now, my current modules/Content types looks like that:

Content Types:

Content Taxonomy Fields - taxonomy used with CCK. this is must have for me. My node types is based on that.

Modules (all for drupal 6.22):

Content Construction Kit (CCK)
Views
fivestar + votingAPI
Content Taxonomy
Hierarchical Select
Faceted Search
CCK Facets
Faceted Search Context

And i don't know what to do... I can't figure that out :|
Any ideas, would be great !
