In my view Drupal is Good.It having Very clean core code and Good project leadership from Acquia.
I dn't hav mch idea abut thm,bt I wil go for Joomla as I find developers arund me using Joomla more.
Joomla is good for simple content-oriented websites and Drupal is complicated content structures.
