I have heard few previously used White Hat SEO techniques are now considered as Black Hat technique.
Use different title and meta tags for each page, Use keyword in page title.
Before you create any website follow Google webmaster Guidelines. Then after create it.
Same old! But some are not helpful anymore because Google is crediting more on contents.
You need to do complete on page optimization and then quality back links.
