I have a domain name that has been owned more than a year.
But I did not blog or anything on the domain name.
I believe that domain names have value.
What should I do?

In my point of view search engine optimization is the best method to increase a value of our website..
Without developing content around it then I guess the only value a domain has is relevance to a particular niche and its value will only increase if something happens within that niche to build attention/activity/buzz.
Worry about the value of what is living on that domain name, not the value of the domain name. If you build something that people actually want to go to, then value will follow.
